Instead of making the bars, I baked the granola on a baking sheet for about 20 minutes. I also substituted agave syrup for the honey and it turned out well. Tastes great with yogurt!
My family liked the recipe after a few adjustments...the comments indicated that the dish was fairly bland, so I doubled the sauce (I used all the sauce, but some may not like it so saucy). I also added extra ginger. Easy and tasty!
My 20 month and I really enjoyed this recipe. The pears and the pork were especially delicious together. My husband liked it, but thought it could've used some kind of a sauce (not sure what, though). I would suggest using a cooking spray in addition to tossing the sweet potatoes and pears in oil. I lined my sheet with foil, but didn't use cooking spray this time and the sweet potatoes really stuck to the sheet.
This dish was a hit! The sauce was subtle and delicious (not too lemony). I doubled the sauce as there wasn't enough to pour over the finished chicken. The only thing is, how do you keep the sauce from getting lumpy when you add the flour??

Mmmm...so good. I like the fact that there are hidden veggies in the dish. Ditto the previous comment...tasted great with the turkey!

Delicious, but a little too spicy (even for my taste!).

Moist and delicious! I also used 4 bananas and cut the sugar a bit. It took a bit longer than one hour in a loaf pan (but maybe it's just my oven...).

A tasty, satisfying meal. I chose not to put any mayo in and it was still good! My family wasn't a fan of the water chestnuts in the dish.

Super easy and a little different from the usual green beans. My 18 mos. old daughter loved them.

I skipped the soy sauce, but the flavors were still good with the garlic and red peppers. I think I would serve it warm next time.
