Pretty good. We messed up a little in directions and added the entire amt of ketchup into the recipe instead of saving some for the end. In any case, the meatloaf was pretty tasty -- kids liked it.
The kids loved the chicken -- they got a kick out of eating "orange juice chicken". It was easy to prepare and cook. They're asking me to make this again!
Everyone loved this chicken! I actually had enough marinade to add some more chicken to the recipe, but only had drumsticks in my fridge. The thighs and drumsticks turned out great. Kids wanted more!

Husband and I loved these salmon cakes. Fried in a pan with olive oil, and served with tartar sauce and salad on the side.
