The batter's a bit runny, so after pouring it into the waffle maker, I waited a few seconds to allow the batter to set a bit before closing the lid of my waffle maker. When I did not do that the first batch, the batter oozed out of the machine.
Delicious muffins! Crispy on top, soft on the inside. Easy to make, and made with ingredients I typically have in my house. Yummy way to use ripened bananas!

Very airy! Yum. Did add a tsp of vanilla.

I use frozen corn which works out fine. You can improvise on the quantity of ingredients. For example, I usually use 2 large mangoes.

Easy to make. Tasty. Would have liked more crumble, but then again, I love crumble topping. But who doesn't?
