We loved it. Mine took exactly the amount of time stated in the recipe. My only complaints are 1) the cherries that escaped the bacon wrapping burned a little, and 2) I wish the bacon had crisped a little more. Next time I might try to pre-cook the bacon just a little bit. Overall - delicious! I served with brown rice and steamed zucchini.

Tasty. Like the contrast between the all spice and the cherry. Took much longer to cook than stated in recipe. I ended up slicing the pork loin to speed up the cooking. The juices of the bacon kept it moist.

Wow, thumbs up all around tonight! My MIL and mom, 2 kids and husband all loved how juicy and flavorful this was. Super simple too. The bacon-wrap really helps with the juiciness, so don't neglect this step.

I made this recipe a second time using only 1/4 teaspoon allspice and it was much better!
