Ingredients (yields Serves 4 servings)
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cups melted, room temperature butter
- 1 3/4 cups sifted flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons powder sugar (topping)
Cooking Instructions
1. Mix wet ingredients together with melted butter (room temp butter optional)
2. Mix dry ingredients together
3. Combine
4. Pour about 1/4 cup into 10-inch teflon coated crepe pan over medium heat
(mix batter before pouring into pan)
5. Move batter around to coat evenly.
5. Flip when golden brown
Makes 8 - 10 ten-inch pancakes. Top with fruit.
