i used 2.5 tsp of curry powder - perfect amount! i also marinated the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and 1 clove of garlic and then pan fried it.

I skipped roasting the frozen veggies and just microwaved them for 5 minutes. I added another teaspoon of curry (and it could even use more). And I used 2/3 of a sheet of the puff pastry and skipped making circles. It worked perfectly.
