This is on the table in fifteen minutes if you have all the ingredients on hand. My husband, who is a big meat eater, never asks "where's the beef?" I disagree that it is enough to feed four people as a main course, though. I know we need to cut back on portion sizes at my house, but still. Two with leftovers. Or two adults and one kid.
