Ingredients (yields Serves 6 servings)
- 8 ounces smoked trout
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2 ounces sour cream
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
Cooking Instructions
Flake trout with fork. Place all ingredients, except scallions, in bowl of food processor. Stir in scallions. Adjust seasoning to taste.
