Ingredients (yields Serves 8 servings)
- 2 cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/8 cups water
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoons paprika
Cooking Instructions
In food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth; add a little more water if necessary. Season with kosher salt and ground pepper. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with crostini or pita chips.
