This is a terrific, no-cook, easy recipe for summer. I was presented with odd bunch of squashy, dirt-covered radishes from my CSA farm and wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do with them. Nectarines are everywhere, delicious and super cheap right now. I always have the other ingredients on hand. Use this fruit salsa to top grilled shrimp, fish, or chicken, or scarf it up with your favorite chips!
