My combination this time: 1/2 cup crushed pistachios leftover from Chocolate Cannoli Sandwich Cookies. 1/2 cup slivered almonds leftover from baked brie. 1 cup vanilla chips from an open bag. 1 cup chocolate chunks from an open bag.
I managed to kill off a bag of sweetened shredded coconut and my box of graham cracker crumbs with this batch. The children happily obliged me by finishing off the 1/4 cup or so of leftover chocolate & vanilla chips so I could throw those bags away as well. Score! Room in the pantry for...more stuff! :)
