Ah! These cookies are FABULOUS. I made them a while back. They're kind of a cross between a macaron, fudge, and chocolate caramel. Hard to describe. PLUS since there's no flour or egg yolks, they're not all that bad for you! Definitely a good recipe to have when one is in need of a chocolate fix.
