I just made this again this week. You know what I love about it? You can make it in 30 minutes start to finish, and it is all homemade with no cheating. I always have a bunch of parsley in my veggie drawer and a can of tomatoes in my pantry (along with parm and eggs in the fridge and a bulb garlic), so the only thing I needed to have fresh was the ground beef. Next time I'm going to try ground turkey or a mix of turkey and beef and see if it is just as good. I stuck six uncooked meatballs in the freezer for later.
