Ingredients (yields Serves 6 servings)

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Skinless and Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • 1 Tbs. garlic
  • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup Minced Onions

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Marinate the chicken in sauce for 2 hrs. or overnight.
3. Grill chicken thighs approx. 6-8 min. each side
OR
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes

Everyone loved this chicken! I actually had enough marinade to add some more chicken to the recipe, but only had drumsticks in my fridge. The thighs and drumsticks turned out great. Kids wanted more!

This is such an easy recipe and so tasty! I baked the chicken in the oven and served it with some of the cooked juices/sauce ladled over brown rice and it was delicious. I hear that it's even better on the grill.
