Loved this. I had been craving it ever since a 2007 trip to Chile, and came across this Pioneer Woman recipe. It was easier than I thought it would be. The only hard part was turning out the cake. I ended up just flipping it in the 9x13 pan because I didn't have the right size platter. I wouldn't change a thing. We topped each slice with a "tipsy" cherry.
