i wouldn't change a thing, either. HOWEVER, i would make sure to defrost it in the fridge first so it doesn't take as long to cook in the oven.

I thought this was delicious-- didn't even taste like turkey. I did follow the advice on the website to shape the meatloaf and cook it in a baking pan. The juices stayed in the pan, and made the meatloaf very moist and juicy! I threw come carrots in around the pan, and had roasted vegetables as a side.

Definitely would make this again!

I normally am not a meatloaf person but this was actually really good. I agree with the above commenters that it was a little salty, but otherwise it was very good. I baked it straight out of the freezer, frozen solid and it took about 2 hours but turned out great! I served it with baked sweet potatoes (took advantage of that oven baking time!) and broccoli.
