I also had to cook an extra 10-15. I add extra prunes.

this recipe is DELICIOUS. i think i had to cook it an extra 10-15 min. could be my oven, though :P

Very yummy! Thawed from frozen, then sprinkled brown sugar and red wine before oven time. Tossed several cut up new red potatoes while roasting (baking? Roasting? I get confused). I accompanied with spring greens and rice.
