This was great! I messed up and didn't read the directions about quantity of uncooked greens so the casserole was a little flimsy, but it turned out well anyway. Used a mix of kale and spinach, with panko breadcrumbs on top.

This is a great method to learn - a very versatile recipe. Of course, you are reducing the healthfulness of the greens by bathing them in cream and cheese, but as I always say...not all calories are empty calories. Delish!
