Ingredients (yields 4 servings servings)
- 4 large baking potatoes, cut into French fry strips
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle beer
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
- 1 1/2 pounds cod fillets, skinned with bones removed, and fish cut diagonally into 1-inch-wide strips (5 to 6-inches long)
- House Seasoning (You won't need this much)
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
