These are great. I didn't have soy and used regular milk...they turned out just fine. My baby just turned 1 so I am going to start making them for him. Next time I am going to add some flaxseed and use part whole wheat flour.

I made these for my kids (ages 4 and 2) with 1 cup all purpose and 1/2 cup wheat flour. They disappeared in a day and they have been begging me to make another batch ever since!

If you don't have soy milk, regular milk works just fine.

i did 1 cup of whole wheat and 1/2 cup of white flour. instead of just whisking, i sifted the flour as well. it came out light and fluffy!! yummy... can't wait to share these with friends.
