- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli, cut into large florets, stems peeled and thinly sliced

I made this tonight. Loved the idea -- and it was pretty good, but next time I would double the sauce (probably wouldn't be "lighter" anymore). It wasn't zingy enough.
